CBC Panel Discussion on Panic on Wall Street

The Congressional Black Caucus Political Education and Leadership Institute (CBC Institute) hosts a town hall entitled "Panic on Wall Street-Crisis on Our Street: How the Financial Crisis is Hurting Working Families." The town hall discusses the rescue package for Wall Street and how working families can continue to cope with the changes to the housing market, their family income as well as rising energy and health care costs.
