Director, Project ReDesign

Project ReDesign at MAP for Nonprofits assists nonprofit organizations in evaluating and implementing mergers as a strategic option to maintain programming and organizational viability. The Director of Project ReDesign will be responsible for overall direction and management of the program, as well as providing consulting and facilitation services to clients undertaking merger.

As Project ReDesign is at the mid-point of a three-year pilot program, the Director of Project ReDesign will be responsible for developing a plan for program sustainability at the close of the pilot phase.

Experience and qualification requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience in related field; advanced degree preferred
• More than 5 years of management experience in the nonprofit community
• Expert in consultation and facilitation
• Experience assisting nonprofits through organizational transition; nonprofit merger experience preferred
• Experience in nonprofit revenue generation, fund development and budgeting
• Passion for assisting nonprofits in implementing strategies for sustainability
• Strategic thinker plus effective written and oral communicator

This is a full-time position. Competitive salary and benefits package.
