Ramsey County Pt. Time - Home Visiting Program Analyst

The Family Health Section, St. Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public Health, Program Analyst position is part-time, 20 hours/week, flexible days and hours. Responsibilities will be assisting the Sr. Program Evaluator with nurse home visiting evaluations and managing several maternal/child health contracts with community agencies. The primary role will be data management and statistical analysis. The person selected for the position will be setting up systems for data collection, and will clean and extract data from the clinical medical record and other client databases and perform statistical analysis of the data. The person will also assist in preparing reports and publications. The position requires advanced knowledge and use of ACCESS, EXCEL , SPSS and other Microsoft Office 2007 applications. Experience with InDesign, Publisher and mapping software and is a plus.
