Job: Century College Project Analyst/Program Coordinator – 2 positions

There are two positions open for application. The recruitment group established from this job posting will be used to fill both positions. Coordinate projects to increase the success of underrepresented high school and college students. Coordinate academic and support components of the Preparing to Achieve a College Education program (PACE), an initiative providing high school students with the opportunity take college courses. Provide academic support and college readiness support to student participants.

Lead student and family engagement activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Interpersonal skills and experience related to collegiate setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in data maintenance systems.
• Ability to work in concert with director in compiling and publishing annual and semi-annual progress reports.

Skills sufficient to: Communicate with college and high school students, all levels of campus leadership, and the community at large. Prepare written materials and reports for various constituency groups and venues. Facilitate communication between instructional and student affairs components of the college and student participants and staff. Motivate students to participate in program and college activities.

Ability to: Take creative initiative to implement services and activities that foster academic and personal/social growth of program participants. Develop and implement strategies and instructional tools to meet the specific needs of the participants. Assist with referrals to appropriate resources on campus for the participants. NOTE: Must pass Criminal Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting, coordinating, and managing students in educational programs. Experience with development and growth of new programming.
